We have developed the following strategies in relation to
Education.

Bursary scheme Fund

1. The scheme will be setup as a vehicle that corporates and
   individuals can contribute into for issuing of bursary to well
   deserving pupils.
2. Conditions of qualification are detailed on the Bursary
   scheme policy and will be made available upon request.
3. This program is further supported by a mentorship program
   which ensures that the fund recipients are coached,
   encouraged and motivated to stay on course.
4. WRISE will manage bursary schemes on behalf of
   corporates that are interested in Social Investment through
   Education

School Buildings refurbishments

1. A few news bulletins regarding delipidated school
   buildings have crossed our airwaves.
2. Our young people lose out on Education because of poor
   infrastructure.
3. Lives are lost at schools due to ablutions that are in terrible
   conditions.
4. Winter is an unbearable study period for our pupils due to
   global warming, converting to Energy Efficiency and using
   solar harvesting to create energy for heated classrooms
   will improve their educational experience.

Sports Recreation Support

1. There’s a saying that goes “An idle mind is the devil’s playground”.
2. Sports has a great role in keeping discipline and focus on young people. Developing programs that will allow young people to keep active & keep out of mischief in the streets is one of
3. the ways we can improve the DNA of our society.
4. Corporates / Individuals interested in building a healthy mind in our society are invited to partner with WRISE to refurbish soccer fields, town halls, school halls, courts and
   to provide sports equipment for schools or towns that are within our reach.
5. Our intention is that a sports culture is born and harnessed through this initiative.
6. We therefore we will focus on a few sites for us to make a meaningful investment over a period for a sustainable
   future.
7. Partnerships with developed sportspeople will be sought for the required level of intelligence or competency in this
   portfolio.
8. If possible, Augmented Reality sessions will be organized for training on certain sports codes.

3. Further Education and Training Certificate: Information
   Technology: Technical Support
   National Certificate: Information
   Technology: End User
   Computing.
4. We’re further in partnerships with other training providers
   with accreditations on many other SETAs, there’s no scope
   that is within the Training & Development spectrum that we
   will not be able to successfully execute due to the alliances
   that we have formed.

Training & Development

1. WRISE seeks to get accreditation to offer training of SETA
   programs.
2. We are committed to taking learning and development to
   our people and will partner with government in this course.
3. Organisations can contact us for managing Learnership
   programs, running Training & Development and assisting
   with the whole accreditation and applications process for
   cash grants, tax incentives and BEE rating.
4. IT, Telecoms, Electrical Engineering & Project
   management are skills that WRISE is fully equipped on.
   We’re willing to consult in such projects as a form of
   empowering our partners to develop their own capabilities.
